ZPage allows businesses and authorized representatives to create, claim and manage business listings.

Accuracy of information

If you create or claim a business listing, you are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate, current and not misleading.

Authorization

When claiming a business, you represent that you are authorized to act on behalf of the business or have permission to manage its listing.

Listing changes

ZPage may review, modify, restrict or remove business information where we reasonably believe it is inaccurate, misleading, inappropriate or violates these Terms.

5. Reviews and User Content

Users may be able to submit reviews, comments, photos or other content to ZPage. You are responsible for the content you submit.

Content should be truthful, relevant and based on genuine experiences. You must not submit content that is fraudulent, defamatory, abusive, discriminatory, misleading or otherwise unlawful.

ZPage may remove or restrict content that violates these Terms or applicable policies.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to misuse ZPage or interfere with the operation of the Service.

• Submit false, misleading or fraudulent information.
• Create fake business listings or reviews.
• Impersonate another person or business.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems.
• Introduce malware, malicious code or harmful content.
• Scrape, crawl or access the Service in a way that violates applicable restrictions.
• Use ZPage for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.

7. Intellectual Property

ZPage and its original content, branding, software, design, features and functionality are owned by or licensed to Zify Globo Private Limited and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell or create derivative works from ZPage's proprietary materials without appropriate authorization.

8. Disclaimers

ZPage provides a platform for discovering and connecting with businesses. We do not necessarily endorse, guarantee or independently verify every business, service, product, review or piece of information appearing on the platform.

Information on ZPage may be provided by businesses, users or third parties and may change over time. You should independently verify important information before making decisions.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ZPage is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties that the Service will always be uninterrupted, error-free or completely accurate.

9. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to ZPage where reasonably necessary, including when an account or user violates these Terms, creates security risks, engages in fraudulent activity or uses the Service unlawfully.

You may stop using the Service at any time. Certain provisions of these Terms may continue to apply after termination where their nature requires them to survive.
