2. User Eligibility & Accounts

To list a business, claim an establishment, or submit customer reviews, you must create an account via authenticated email or Google OAuth. You agree to:

• Provide truthful, accurate, and current information during registration.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Promptly notify us at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3. Business Listings & Owner Obligations

Business owners and authorized representatives listing their establishments on Zpage represent and warrant that:

• The establishment has a bona fide physical presence or legitimate service area in India.
• All contact details (phone numbers, WhatsApp handles, addresses, operating hours) are authentic and maintained.
• You hold the legal right, ownership, or authority to represent the listed establishment.
• Uploaded photos, logos, and descriptions do not infringe upon any third-party copyrights or intellectual property.

Zpage reserves the right to review, unpublish, suspend, or reject any listing that fails to meet authenticity standards or violates Indian law.

4. Ownership Claims & Verification

Any user claiming ownership of an existing listing must submit verifiable proof (including official business email, telephone verification, GST documentation, or commercial utility records). Submitting fraudulent claims is strictly illegal and will result in permanent account termination and potential legal escalation.

5. Reviews & Community Guidelines

Zpage is committed to honest, transparent customer experiences. When writing a review:

• Your review must reflect your genuine personal customer experience with the business.
• You may not write paid, incentivized, or retaliatory reviews for competitors or employers.
• Reviews containing hate speech, obscenity, personal attacks, or defamatory accusations will be removed immediately.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Zpage acts as an informational directory and direct connection platform. We do not endorse, guarantee, or assume liability for the products, professional services, pricing, or representations made by independent third-party businesses listed on our platform.

Transactions and agreements entered into between consumers and listed businesses are strictly between those parties. To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Zpage and Zify Globo Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to the use of Zpage shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
