1. Business Listing Standards

• Accurate Details: All listed businesses must provide genuine commercial names, legitimate street addresses, and functional contact numbers.
• High Quality Imagery: Upload real storefront, dining room, clinic, or product images. Stock images with third-party watermarks or copyright notices will be rejected.
• No Duplicate Listings: Each physical branch should have only one canonical profile. Multiple listings for the same address will be merged or removed.

2. Authentic Review Policy

• First-hand Experience: Reviews must be based on genuine customer transactions or visits.
• Zero Conflicts of Interest: Business owners, employees, and direct competitors are prohibited from posting ratings for their own or rival businesses.
• Respectful Tone: Criticisms must focus on customer service, product quality, or facilities. Profanity, hate speech, or defamatory attacks will be deleted immediately.

3. Verification & Safety
